DVD Report - Millions


MILLIONS debuting on DVD November 1 from Fox Home Entertainment.

Written by Frank Cottrell Boyce (24 Hour Party People), MILLIONS stars Alex
Etel and Lewis McGibbon in their feature film debut as brothers who come
across £265,000 stolen in a bank robbery.

The catch is that they only have one week to spend the cash before the UK switches over to the Euro.

One of the best reviewed films of the year, MILLIONS was dubbed a film of limitless imagination and surprising joy, by Roger Ebert and called enchanting (San Francisco Chronicle) in its portrayal of the struggle between the two brothers in how they each want to spend the money one on toys and gadgets, the other on charity and gifts.

Available for $27.98, the MILLIONS DVD is available in both Fullscreen
(aspect ratio 1.33:1) and Widescreen (aspect ratio 2.35:1) and includes
optional commentary by director Danny Boyle and screenwriter Frank Cottrell.
